Election Notice
A secret ballot election for the Delegates of the ARLCA to the 2026 Alabama Rural Letter Carriers’ State
Convention to be held in Guntersville, AL on June 13 – 16, 2026 is being conducted by mail. Any eligible
member who has not received a ballot or any member who spoils a ballot may request a new ballot by
contacting ALRLCA Secretary/Treasurer Julia Mims at (205) 287-5059. If you request and return another
ballot, only the replacement ballot will be counted.
State Ballots will be in the mail sometime around but no later than April 1, 2026 (do not look for them until
sometime after this date) and must be returned by April 29, 2026. Each County will receive a ballot with all
eligible members at that time for that county.

in Grapevine, TX on August 18 – 21, 2026 is being conducted by mail. Any eligible member who has not
received a ballot or any member who spoils a ballot may request a new ballot by contacting Election
Chairperson David Fallen at (205) 363-4598. If you request and return another ballot, only the replacement
ballot will be counted. Vote and mail your ballots back in time to be received at the Guntersville AL PO Box
by June 12, 2026.
ATTENTION: BALLOTS WILL NOT BE MAILED UNTIL SOMETIME AFTER MAY 1, 2025.
